) Duties:
- Greet and check-in patients in a friendly and professional manner - Schedule appointments and manage the appointment calendar - Answer phone calls and respond to inquiries or direct calls to the appropriate department - Verify patient insurance information and collect co-pays or payments - Maintain patient records and update information as necessary - Ensure the waiting area is clean and organized - Provide excellent customer service to patients and visitors
Experience:
- Recent experience as a medical receptionist - Familiarity with office EMR systems - Knowledge of phone systems and ability to handle multiple phone lines - Understanding of medical terminology and procedures is a plus - Strong organizational skills with attention to detail - Excellent communication and interpersonal skills Job Types:
