This position will start off as a part time job but will gradually become a full time job depending on how quickly candidate catches on.
Multitasking is a key.
You have to do office work as well as deal with customers, vendors and technicians.
Prior multitasking at a previous job is a HUGE plus.
Duties will include answering phones, filing, invoicing, scheduling jobs for techs, etc.
Previous administrative assistant experience is a plus.
A person coming from a fast past paced environment will excel in this position.
Our busy season is April thru October.
Knowledge of QuickBooks is a plus.
401K is offered after 3 months.
Healthcare is offered after candidate starts working 30 hours or more.
One week vacation is given after first year.
